5ton to 50 ton used in port shipyard portal crane are mainly used in the port, shipyard, ships at wharfs for mechanized handing and transshipment. it includes lifting mechanism, traveling mechanism, rotary mechanism, luffing mechanism. Shipping way of Cranes:
Electric parts are packed by high quality plywood crate, to reduce distortion in conveying.
Main beams, end beams and trolly/winch are packed by plastic woven cloth. It can reduce abrasion during the transportation.
If the size are suitable for container ship, usually by container.
Big size, usually by bulk ship or by container after truncation.
Transport ways are based on reducing cost & keep safety.
